Trial and Upgraded

Your workspace is either on Trial or Upgraded. The plan records how many phones you can connect, how much recording storage is available and whether webhooks are included.

A seat allows one team member’s Android phone. Recording storage is workspace capacity for uploaded audio; it is separate from the phone’s own local storage. Review the quote in Plan & billing before confirming any purchase.

Add capacity, change your setup or renew

Use Add phones on the Phone seats card, or Add storage on the Recording storage card. Choose the extra quantity, review the amount and pay. The charge covers the days left in your current term; your expiry stays the same. Expand View price details for the breakdown or optional promo. Plan currency follows the country saved in Account → Billing address: India uses INR; other countries use USD.

Change plan is separate: your current phones, storage and integration setting are shown together. Additions start after payment. Reductions are saved for your next renewal while your current paid capacity stays available. You can edit or cancel a saved change before renewing. For mixed changes, pay for additions now and save the reduced next renewal setup.

Renew plan uses your current setup or your saved smaller setup. Choose one or three months. Prepaying a reduced renewal with INR keeps current capacity intact until the next term starts. PayPal manual payments require verification; international reduced renewals can be paid with PayPal after the current term ends.

When the plan expires or storage fills

  • An expired plan stops new syncing and recording uploads until renewed. Existing workspace data remains available.
  • Full recording storage prevents new audio uploads. Review stored recordings or add capacity; a full audio store does not mean the phone failed to create its local recording.
  • Adding an exclusion does not free existing storage automatically. Removing uploaded history is a separate action.

AI credits are separate from recording storage

Your available AI credits and approximate audio minutes appear in Plan & billing. Choose Add credits to top up from that page, or Manage AI analysis to review your preferences and history. AI analysis needs an uploaded, playable recording, AI enabled and enough credits. A credit covers 15 seconds of audio, rounded up per analysis. A four-minute call needs 16 credits.

Automatic analysis handles new recording uploads when enabled. Running Analyze again is a new analysis and uses credits. Review suggestions before applying them as names, notes or labels.

If a payment succeeded but the plan looks unchanged

Reload the Plan & billing page in your browser and check the current expiry, seats and storage. Keep the payment reference and time so support can identify the transaction.

Contact support with the payment reference and the missing entitlement. Never include card details, a UPI PIN or an OTP.
