Install CallSync on your work phone

Use the Android phone and SIM you make work calls from.

1. Open Google Play using the button below.
2. Install CallSync, then open the app.

Connect to your business

Use your own setup code so your calls are assigned to the right person.

1. Follow the app’s business-linking prompt.
2. Enter your six-digit code.
3. Check the business name shown before continuing.

Choose what gets shared

Review your work-call settings before the first business sync.

1. Follow the app’s permission prompts.
2. Confirm the agreed work SIM and tracking start date.
3. Add personal number exclusions. If a setting is locked, ask your administrator.

Check that your first call syncs

A quick test helps you and your administrator confirm the setup.

1. Make a normal SIM call from your work SIM and hang up.
2. Open Settings → Business sync settings → Sync now.
3. Ask your administrator to confirm the call appears under your name.

Call logs and recordings sync separately. Set up recordings if you need audio too.
