A call is one event; a contact brings the history together

Calls shows individual call events. Contacts groups activity for a number so you can see its history and follow up in one place.

Open a call or contact to see the person panel and their call cards. The menu beside the close button contains actions such as archive and Do not track rule.

Choose the right place for a note

FieldUse it for
Call noteWhat happened in one conversation, such as “Asked for a callback on Friday”.
Person noteLasting context about the contact, such as requirements or preferences.
LabelsShared categories such as Lead, Customer or Follow up. They can be used in filters.
ReviewMark a call reviewed after checking it. This helps identify items still waiting for attention.

Find the right work and arrange your table

  • Use the call-type chips, date, employee and advanced filters together. Clear filters when a known call seems missing.
  • On Calls or Contacts, use the column-settings icon (Columns on mobile) to choose which columns are visible. Drag the dotted handles to change their order, then choose Update to apply and save. Cancel keeps your current table. Calls and Contacts keep separate preferences for your user and workspace in this browser.
  • Click a call note or person note in the table to open a modal containing only that field. The cursor starts at the end of the text. Press Enter or choose Save; Shift+Enter adds a new line in a note. Click a label to open the same chip picker as the contact panel: add or remove chips, then choose Save. Click the contact or row to open its panel and edit contact details or view its history.

Reports and export

Reports has Team performance, Missed opportunities and Busy hours. Choose the date range and employee before comparing activity or callback outcomes.

Calls and Contacts export the records matching their current filters as CSV. These files can be opened in a spreadsheet. Review the filters and the data you intend to share before exporting.
